This vital service helps prevent fraud in important legal and financial transactions. To ensure a smooth appointment, please be prepared with the following:

How does the mobile notary process work?
It's simple. First, you book an appointment online. We then travel to your preferred location in the Greater Sacramento area. At the appointment, we verify the signer's identity with a valid photo ID, witness the signing, and complete the notarization. It’s a secure and convenient service from start to finish.
How are fees determined for a mobile notary?
For transparency, our pricing is simple: a standard, state-regulated fee for each signature notarized, plus a mobile convenience fee for travel from our base in Rancho Cordova. We will verify the signature count and provide a final quote for your approval before we begin.
What do I need for my appointment?
Please have two things ready: the complete, unsigned document(s) you need notarized, and a valid, government-issued photo ID for every person signing. Acceptable forms of ID include a state driver's license, passport, or military ID.
